But here we try to cook a recipe with jackfruit. This recipe called ACHARI KATHAHAL.
 ACHARI KATHAHAL is a delicious recipe with full of flavors like SOUR, SALTY, SPICEY, AND TWISTY.
Let's check how we cook this recipe and which herbs we use in this
1.      Kathahal (jackfruit)- 250gm
2.       Mustard oil- 1/2lr (for fry )
3.       Salt- according to taste
4.      Haldi -1/2 teaspoon
5.      Red chilli – ½ teaspoon
6.      Sonf (fennel seed ) – 1 teaspoon
7.       Onion paste – 2 tablespoon
8.       Ginger paste – 2 teaspoon
9.       Garlic paste – 2 teaspoon  
10.   Tomato purry– 2
let's see how we cook this recipe
 First we take kathahal and cut into little pieces. Then we take mustard oil and put it into a fry pan. When the oil warm we fry the kathahal in oil and when the kathahal look light golden in colour so we take out in oil .Then we take a pan and put some oil within when the oil warm we put ginger paste within ,and when ginger paste look golden then we add garlic and onion past . When this paste looks dark golden then add tomato purry and add all herbs slowly and mixed properly when the mixture gives us to smell. When this mixture gives us smell then we add kathahal within and mixed properly and fry some time and covered with a plate and live him 15 minutes in between this time we move 1 or 2 times.
 Then we serve in a boll and garnish coriander lives.
